PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS/ GUARDIANS AND PROMOTING EQUALITY AND
INCLUSION.
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Third Level qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education or
equivalent ?QQI Level 7 is desirable
* A minimum of 2 years working in supervisory position with
pre-school children post qualification
* A thorough working knowledge of current regulations and best
practice in the early years
* Ability to develop and sustain high quality practice within the
centre
* Previous track record in supervising a staff team
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to team work
* Ability to complete funding agency returns (ECCE, NCS,CCSP)
* A commitment to work from and understanding of community
development principles
SALARY: based on experience and qualification
